ON THE ROAD AGAIN

To catch you up on my healing process, I am on the road again with a road trip from Florida to New York. Dan and I decided to go Rt. 301 and 17 for we have a u-haul trailer pulling our daughters things behind. In the past blog notices, I have explained my situation financially and that my husband ~ Dan and I are getting ready to move to Mexico for a couple of years. This will help us regroup for the future. Breast cancer can take you for a mint. Just ask any one regardless on conventional or natural, it takes a toll financially.

Now let me begin my story of the journey that Dan and I have been on since Tuesday. We started out around 11:30 knowing that we were not going to make it too far. Well, we were right, we just barely made it outside of Florida on the out skirts of Georgia. It has been a low creeping haul at 45 mph for we did not want to over use the truck. Going along 301 was a trip for we were going through small towns. The history that must lie in those towns must go way back for the structure of some of the houses look like from the 1800’s. As we were going along the highway with the breeze across my face, I felt safe and free from anything that was in my path. This is what the doctor should order for everyone that has been experiencing any illness. I had no care in the world, just the earth around me.

When we finally settled in our motel the first night we ate in the room. I had packed grocery’s for several days of organic vegetables and fruits with can organic tuna and salmon. I also prepared gluten free treats and hard boiled eggs for this is all part of my healing program. We are carrying them in this big ice cooler.

The second day we stopped at a park for lunch, we had a picnic in and around Savannah, Georgia. I prepared a salad with all kinds of greens and black olives. Who said that you can not have a gourmet healthy picnic! On the way to South Carolina ~ a way we go………

There were lots of corn fields all around. I felt like I was surrounded with farm fields with cattle and goats, Time was moving slow for the highway was long and narrow with very few stops along the way. Finally for lunch we stopped in a Walmart parking lot for lunch. We had humus with organic carrots, broccoli, tomatoes. There was a clerk that was gathering the carts that stopped by and asked where we were heading. He was from Connecticut and told us a easy way to go up the coast. Lunch was finished and we headed back on the road toward Virginia. Things were looking up and Dan and I was having fun singing along with the radio until the unthinkable happened. The truck started to act up and it was bucking . Oh no, we both looked at one another thinking to ourselves is this really happening. We were heading to the tunnel when this happened so we pulled over and went in a parking lot to a bank. We have AAA, which we called and someone was coming out to service us in about an hour. The area we were I was not familiar with so of course I was worried for we had the trailer full of my daughters things. I was not about to keep it behind. The AAA service man states that he could tow the trailer for a price. Well to make a long story short we ended up walking a little way to a hotel from where the truck ended up for repairs.

The next morning we got up early and walked back to where the truck was…. It was an all day affair. Something that we did not expect to happen. Anyway it gave me time to write something on my blog.

We still have a since of humor for we saw this yellow cart in the parking lot of this mall that we had to go through. Dan put the computer bag and our medicine bags in the cart and said America the free. I felt like a homeless person. We were in a strange place with no car and no place to go.

Waiting still for the truck to get fixed; we are going to go a little further through to another state.

The moral of this story is that it is all how you choose to look at things. We are looking at this as a challenge to our journey.

Until we get to New York, have a wonderful week end.

The last two days until we arrive in New York, what an adventure it was. After we got our truck fixed we headed toward Delaware and with our minds intact we were able to some what relax from the stress that was behind us. It seemed like forever, but finally by the next day we were almost to our destination. We were getting more excited to see our daughter until another unthinkable happened. We went around and around in New Jersey looking for the Holland Tunnel. What a zoo~ the roads are around the Holland Tunnel!!! There did not seem like much organization as far as lines and suddenly after about an hour waiting in line, we approached the booth. With money in Dan’s hand, he gave it to the women standing there with a big smile only to say, sorry trailers are not allowed. WHAT!!!!!!!! You will have to go over there where the policeman is and he will give you directions. Can the adventure be more stressful. The cop advised us the directions to go over the Lincoln Tunnel. As we were following his lead on how to get to the other tunnel, of course we got lost. It took another half an hour to find our way to the Lincoln Tunnel, thankfully the wait was not as long. We got up to the front of the line to give the booth person our cash and handed her twelve dollars. She looked at Dan and said that will be twenty-two dollars. WHAT, we said????? Yes you are hearing it right. Since we have a trailer which we are pulling it is counted as an other vehicle… That was the least of our troubles, where does this lead us to on the other side ?????

Surprise the HEART OF NEW YORK CITY, the place where you really do not want to drive through if you are not prepared to do so. We were in lower Manhattan looking for the Manhattan Bridge. Again more wait and more confusion and top of it all we were sitting stuck on Confucius Plaza in China Town!! I told Dan, after him getting all worked up ~ NOW YOU CAN TELL YOUR FRIENDS YOU DROVE IN THE HEART OF NEW YORK CITY ~ HAHAHA.

Well, it wasn’t until around 4:00 pm that we arrived in Brooklyn to our daughters apt. All the stress and worries went away when we saw the smile on her face….. What an adventure so far and can’t wait to explore the area. Will keep you all informed on the days to come.

BELOW IS A MOVIE I PUT TOGETHER OF WHAT WAS ALONG THE ROAD TO NEW YORK. PUT YOURSELF IN OUR SHOES AND COME ALONG WITH US. USE YOUR IMAGINATION TO SEE WHAT I SAW ALONG THE HIGHWAY.

HOW GOOD IS YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE~

HOW GOOD IS YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE?

It’s enough to have an illness that takes a lot of healing and then you get a final denial from your insurance stating that they will not pay for your service. It’s experimental and is not accepted in the USA. Well, we all need to open our eyes to this situation. With the new health care law coming out where we all have to have coverage or they will penalize us at the end of the year.

Well, people I am already getting penalized for I have coverage and they will only pay for surgery, chemo and radiation. What if or when it is a law that we must have insurance coverage, then they will have complete control over you. You will not be able to choose your treatment; they have it laid out for you and the procedures that you must follow for illness. Where is the freedom here? Good old USA!

I chose to do other treatment for my family has done the conventional way for many years and the end result was death. I did not want to follow the same path and suffer the after effects of chemo. I chose a new approach, Functional Medicine. It worked and I am very blessed to be able to write and share my experience with you. It’s easy to share your personal life with the world when you have shown them step by step your experience and it turns out that you managed your cancer.

I have attached part of the denial below, they see through the reports that~

I have managed my cancer, but they are not given me or my treatment any credit. The only credit they are giving is the FDA approved drug that I am taking that does have side effects while at the same time pushing another named drug which they say will provide better results..mmm..payoff by BIG PHARMA???

We must take a stand and change the way they are thinking and do not make it about money. It’s our lives that are in their hands.

Please leave a comment of what you feel?

Basically what the insurance is implying is that I really did not need the surgery, chem or radiation for the drug~ TAMOXIFEN is what healed me... I could of just spent $10.00 dollars a month and it would of fixed me.... TELL THAT TO EVERYONE THAT HAS HAD BREAST CANCER AND WENT THROUGH THE PROTOCOL. Think about it!!!!

LIVING PROOF

I AM LIVING PROOF ON FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE.  IT WORKS!!!
THERE IS HOPE WITH OUT SURGERY, CHEMO or RADIATION.

ITS HOW YOU CHOOSE YOUR DECISIONS

ITS HOW YOU CHOOSE YOUR DECISIONS

As I look back at my life and relate it to some inspirational verses, I realize that everyone has difficult decisions throughout their lives. We can change our destiny with the choices we make! You may have the same problem as I, but the outcome of the choice you make could turn out to be a disaster or an awesome experience. ITS ALL UP TO YOU TO OBTAIN AND USE YOUR KNOWLEDGE .

My daughter just texted me with some issues that she is facing and I suggested her to not worry and forget about the matter in hand. For right now she was at work and I believed that this is where her head should be at. The issues can be solved later in the evening when her mind is clear and she can make the right choice for her.

We as Americans live in such a fast paced world, that we do not stop to think when there is a problem in hand. We make fast judgments and this is what may cost us our lives. Stop and absorb the knowledge before choosing your destiny. We need to check the pro’s and con’s before making the decision that is right for you.

If I did not stop and listen to my own heart about my diagnosis of breast cancer, my outcome would have not have been as awesome as it is today. I chose to not have surgery, chemo and radiation; which resulted to not losing my hair, losing weight and getting sick.

My decision was to do functional medicine and per my surgeon here in the states I was going against all of what he advised me to do. Sometimes you have to think with your heart and do your own educating. WE DO HAVE A CHOICE. My doctors words to me was “it is what it is” ! I was so overwhelmed with his remark that I was turned off when it came to his professional abilities to make me whole again.

Throughout my blog I have personally told my story and what I have learned throughout my journey. This is not for you to take lightly, its for you to think and act with knowledge and not take someone else’s word. YOU ARE MORE IMPORTANT THEN THAT.

With the wisdom that I gained from the treatment that I received in Mexico, I am blessed and very upset that I, before this time did not think about foods and how it can impact our lives. We take what is on the shelves at the supermarket for granted and that it is all good for us because, who would put it on the shelves if it is bad for us. WELL THINK AGAIN… Next time you buy something that looks awesome and your mouth is watering for it, just look at what it is made of. You would be surprise to see that there is so many artificial chemicals in them that it is waiting for illness to enter your bodies. DO NOT TAKE IT FROM ME, DO YOUR RESEARCH..

ITS YOUR CHOICE, take time and make your decisions . Do not take someone else’s word for~ you are only you once….

TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT WHERE YOUR FUTURE IS GOING…

Cannabinoids: A new hope for breast cancer therapy?

Abstract

Breast cancer is a very common disease that affects approximately 1 in 10 women at some point in their lives. Importantly, breast cancer cannot be considered a single disease as it is characterized by distinct pathological and molecular subtypes that are treated with different therapies and have diverse clinical outcomes. Although some highly successful treatments have been developed, certain breast tumors are resistant to conventional therapies and a considerable number of them relapse. Therefore, new strategies are urgently needed, and the challenge for the future will most likely be the development of individualized therapies that specifically target each patient's tumor. Experimental evidence accumulated during the last decade supports that cannabinoids, the active components of Cannabis sativa and their derivatives, possess anticancer activity. Thus, these compounds exert anti-proliferative, pro-apoptotic, anti-migratory and anti-invasive actions in a wide spectrum of cancer cells in culture. Moreover, tumor growth, angiogenesis and metastasis are hampered by cannabinoids in xenograft-based and genetically-engineered mouse models of cancer. This review summarizes our current knowledge on the anti-tumor potential of cannabinoids in breast cancer, which suggests that cannabinoid-based medicines may be useful for the treatment of most breast tumor subtypes.

Simple cancer remedies that can give you a fighting chance

(NaturalNews) Though cancer can be seen as a very complex illness, it is important to understand that cancer is simply the "symptom" and the tip of the ice berg. For your body to allow cancer cells to take root and multiply, there had to be a weakened immune system, toxicity of many kinds and nutritional deficiencies.

Evidence-based research has shown that there are hundreds of known and effective cancer cures. Here are some very simple protocols that will give you an edge if you are afflicted with cancer.

1. Baking Soda
1 tsp. of baking soda and the juice of 1 organic lemon in 8 ounces of water several times per day is a very easy way to alkalize the body. Cancer cells can't grow in an alkaline body.

2. Blood Root
Blood root is a perennial plant that contains a plant alkaloid called Sanguinarine. Sanguinarine kills cancer cells only and does not harm your healthy cells. It can be used internally or applied externally in a salve for superficial cancers.

3. Chaga
Chaga is a medicinal mushroom that has been studied in laboratories for many years. It has shown much promise as an immune system modulator and has many anti-cancer properties.

4. Vitamin D
Checking your blood serum Vitamin D levels could help you prevent cancer and speed up your recovery from cancer.

A study conducted in 2006 indicated that lower levels of blood serum Vitamin D were associated with a poorer overall survival rate of post-menopausal breast cancer patients.

5. Essiac Tea
The original formulation of this tea was actually an old Native Indian recipe that had been used for hundreds of years. A Canadian nurse learned about it and started sharing it with some of her cancer patients and she began to see amazing recoveries. The tea, comprised of several anti-cancer and cleansing herbs, can be consumed several times per day.

6. Flax Seeds and cottage cheese
Dr. Johanna Budwig, a German biochemist and physicist, is credited for this healing concoction that has seen a 90 percent success rate spanning over 50 years. The combination of these two foods provides essential fatty acids and lipoproteins that reduce tumors and restore health.

7. Hemp Oil
The cannabinoids in hemp kill cancer cells. Period. And like all other herbal remedies, the plant chemicals do not harm healthy cells. There have been numerous studies conducted with reported beneficial effects on many types of cancers, including breast cancer.

8. Iodine
It is estimated that over 85 percent of the world's population is iodine deficient. Since estrogen production increases with iodine deficiency, make sure you have your iodine levels tested every year.

9. Melatonin
Melatonin is a powerful breast cancer cell inhibitor. In fact, in laboratory studies, it actually put breast cancer cells to sleep and slowed down the growth by 70percent. Melatonin also counteracts the effects of environmental estrogens.

10. Broccoli Sprouts
While cruciferous vegetables in general have been promoted for their anti-cancer properties, broccoli sprouts are up to 100 times more potent. The sprouts contain Sulforaphane which not only kills cancer cells, but actually suppresses the growth and spread of many types of cancers.

There are literally hundreds of known cancer cures that have saved countless lives. Of course, healing cancer involves healing the body as a whole. Lifestyle and dietary changes are also essential since cancer is just the symptom and NOT the cause. If you know anyone who is afflicted with cancer, please share this information and be a messenger of hope.

IT'S THE SCARY CHOICES THAT END UP BEING THE MOST WORTHWHILE

IN HONOR OF

As I get ready to go to bed and pray my soul to keep, I think of all the people that touched my life that have passed away from cancer. At a early age I had been faced with cancer and grew up surrounded by it. My father died when I was only sixteen. I quite often think about if there was the internet or technology that they have today would he had made the same choice that I made. Or when my mother-in-law passed on from cancer would she had made the same choice.

If they had that choice ~I may have still been able to kiss them good-night.

I know we all had some one in our lives that died of cancer and we still wonder when there is going to be a cure. Some of us are still waiting and wearing the colors that represent the different kinds. I have been for the past couple of years dedicated in managing my cancer with my blog. I have shared my most personal thoughts and experiences to the world in hope that we can change our thought process and realize we have choices. Throughout these past years, I have researched and compiled information to manage cancer as well as prevention.

It is real scary that it is our environment that plays a big part in why our loved ones have died of cancer. I am going to leap out and say that it is our foods, yes indeed what we eat. Chemicals play a big part and our government is allowing this to happen. As good followers we have to educate ourselves and make our own decisions on what is good for us or what is bad for us. It will not change until individually we take part and correct it.

With the knowledge that is out there and now at our finger tips, please spread the knowledge. We can help others that have cancer to manage it in a healthier way without destroying their bodies. I am hoping that in the near future no one will have to go through a death of a loved one with cancer.

I am very humble for having wonderful people in my life that gave me the courage and knowledge to turn my cancer into an experience that I am able to share with you.

So before you go to bed tonight lets honor and pledge to ourselves that we will make a difference in changing the way we treat cancer with educating ourselves with the knowledge. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.

In honor of my father and mother-in-law, I am changing with knowledge. Join me on my pledge to make this world a better place to live.

HUGS AND PEACE

Here Comes the Sun

That most familiar of asana sequences, Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is as rich in symbolic and mythic overtones as it is in physical benefits.
By Richard Rosen
In many cultures, light has long been a symbol of consciousness and self-illumination. "The world begins with the coming of light," wrote Jungian analyst Erich Neumann in The Origins and History of Consciousness (Princeton University Press, 1995). "Opposition between light and darkness has informed the spiritual world of all peoples and molded it into shape."
Our primary source of light is, of course, the sun. When we look at our closest star, we may see nothing more than a big yellow ball. But for thousands of years, the Hindus have revered the sun, which they call Surya, as both the physical and spiritual heart of our world and the creator of all life itself. That's why one of Surya's many other appellations is Savitri (the Vivifier), who, according to the Rig Veda, "begets and feeds mankind in various manners" . Moreover, since everything that exists originates from the sun, as Alain DaniŽlou wrote in The Myths and Gods of India (Inner Traditions, 1991), it "must contain the potentiality of all that is to be known." For the Hindus, the sun is the "eye of the world" (loka chakshus), seeing and uniting all selves in itself, an image of and a pathway to the divine.

One of the means of honoring the sun is through the dynamic asana sequence Surya Namaskar (better known as Sun Salutation). The Sanskrit word namaskar stems from namas, which means "to bow to" or "to adore." (The familiar phrase we use to close our yoga classes, namastete means "you"—also comes from this root.) Each Sun Salutation begins and ends with the joined-hands mudra (gesture) touched to the heart. This placement is no accident; only the heart can know the truth.
The ancient yogis taught that each of us replicates the world at large, embodying "rivers, seas, mountains, fields...stars and planets...the sun and moon" (Shiva Samhita, II.1-3). The outer sun, they asserted, is in reality a token of our own "inner sun," which corresponds to our subtle, or spiritual, heart. Here is the seat of consciousness and higher wisdom (jnana) and, in some traditions, the domicile of the embodied self (jivatman).

It might seem strange to us that the yogis place the seat of wisdom in the heart, which we typically associate with our emotions, and not the brain. But in yoga, the brain is actually symbolized by the moon, which reflects the sun's light but generates none of its own. This kind of knowledge is worthwhile for dealing with mundane affairs, and is even necessary to a certain extent for the lower stages of spiritual practice. But in the end, the brain is inherently limited in what it can know and is prone to what Patanjali calls misconception (viparyaya) or false knowledge of the self.

History and Practice
There's some disagreement among authorities over the origins of Sun Salutation. Traditionalists contend that the sequence is at least 2,500 years old (perhaps even several hundred years older), that it originated during Vedic times as a ritual prostration to the dawn, replete with mantras, offerings of flowers and rice, and libations of water. Skeptics of this dating maintain that Sun Salutation was invented by the raja of Aundh (a former state in India, now part of Maharashtra state) in the early 20th century, then disseminated to the West in the 1920s or 1930s.

MEDITATION~ A PROCESS OF HEALING

Meditation: A simple, fast way to reduce stress

Meditation can wipe away the day's stress, bringing with it inner peace. See how you can easily learn to practice meditation whenever you need it most.

By Mayo Clinic staff
If stress has you anxious, tense and worried, consider trying meditation. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can restore your calm and inner peace.

Anyone can practice meditation. It's simple and inexpensive, and it doesn't require any special equipment. And you can practice meditation wherever you are — whether you're out for a walk, riding the bus, waiting at the doctor's office or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting.

Understanding meditation

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. These days, meditation is commonly used for relaxation and stress reduction.

Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. Meditation produces a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process results in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Benefits of meditation

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and your overall health. And these benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and can even improve certain medical conditions.

Meditation and emotional well-beingWhen you meditate, you clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress.
The emotional benefits of meditation include:
  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
Meditation and illnessMeditation also might be useful if you have a medical condition, especially one that may be worsened by stress. While a growing body of scientific research supports the health benefits of meditation, some researchers believe it's not yet possible to draw conclusions about the possible benefits of meditation.
With that in mind, some research suggests that meditation may help such conditions as:
  • Allergies
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Asthma
  • Binge eating
  • Cancer
  • Depression
  • Fatigue
  • Heart disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Pain
  • Sleep problems
  • Substance abuse

MAPPING OUT OUR ROAD TRIP

MAPPING OUT OUR ROAD TRIP
As I have in the past every morning I get up to make breakfast and take my pills. This morning is different I have one less chore to do. I do not have to care for my organic garden because I had given it to some friends to get ready for a road trip to see my daughter.

This trip is to get ready to start Dan’s and mine next step to a healthier lifestyle. We have been organizing our stuff in the house and packing up all of my precious items that I am keeping for our move to Mexico. There are several items and boxes that are labeled Danielle. This is one reason for the road trip, to deliver them to our daughter. The most important part of the trip is that I will be able to spend time with my daughter. It has been seven months since the last time I was able to hug her and interact with her.

Her new journey started a little over two years ago when she moved to New York to pursue a career in fashion. I am so proud of my little girl for spreading her wings and flying like an eagle. She went for it all and the dream is finally forming.

Sorry for the side track! Its always good to explain the reason before you wonder why the trip. Now back to my road trip. I am getting excited for Dan went to AAA and got maps to plan the direction on the way we are going to proceed up north . All the maps are laid out on the floor and Dan is marking the way we are going. Its going to be interesting for we are going to go the back roads for we will have a trailer to pull. Dan does not want to drive too fast with this attached to the truck.

I feel that this will be completing my healing process to be able to show my daughter that I am doing awesome. It has been a long road to recovery, but I have been humbled the whole step of the way for I did not have to have surgery, chemo or radiation. I am living proof that we can do something other than the conventional way and have an amazing outcome.

I tell you all that its not just a treatment that is going to heal you from cancer, its your lifestyle that will keep it from coming back, You have to manage it by doing all the things that I have mentioned in this blog from our foods we eat to the chemicals we surround ourselves with. We have to keep educated to maintain our lives. Its up to us not anyone else! Your life is going to change, but for the good. Its your journey toward freedom of cancer.

To close I took pictures of the journey mapped out for us to New York and I would like to share them with you. If you asked me a year ago if I would be making this trip, well I would not of had an answer. I am a new person for experiencing a new way to heal and manage cancer. I have my doctors in Mexico to thank.

Until next time keep your head held high and believe your dreams can become reality.

FINALLY, HAPPY EVER AFTER

FINALLY, HAPPY EVER AFTER
Today I finally got the corrected MRI and Whole Body PET scan from the radiology company. They had incorrectly compared the MRI with the wrong images of the past and the Body Pet Scan was not consistent throughout. I had to take it to the director and it took three tries before they got it completed. It seemed that every time I was told to come back to pick them up, I found missing parts like the category missing.

Since my last post I have had people writing to me stating that it happened to them. This is a scary problem and we all need to be aware of this issue. So next time you have an image done make sure that all the proper information is on it. Do not be afraid to ask…

I have very good news, per the reports the MRI states that there were only benign findings also, the Whole Body Pet Scan states that there are no findings on the PET to indicate recurrent or metastatic disease at this time.

I have sent this to my doctor in Mexico to also review.

In the past couple of years I have been researching and sharing healthy living. Our bodies need to intake certain foods and if we do not feed it right illness takes over. Throughout this journey the most important word that keeps coming back to the cause is food.

I feel that this was one big part of my healing process and through my doctors and treatments it helped me to manage my cancer.

I am now preparing the next part of my journey to experience living in another country. Mexico is so dear to me for I was able to choose a treatment that I was unable to have in the USA. I have met some wonderful people and experienced a taste of their culture. It will be an experience that I will share with all…

HUGS AND MAY THIS WEEK BRING YOU PEACE AND HAPPINESS.

ROUND AND ROUND WE GO

The last three weeks I have been going around and around with the radiology company that read my MRI of the breast and a complete PET SCAN-CT. They originally compared the recent MRI to the very first one that I had done two years ago. Sent it to my doctor in Mexico and he was puzzled that why did they not go by the present one that was preformed in April of 2011. I advised that I would follow up on this issue. What a nightmare it became. I went back to the company and asked to speak to the director, which I did and she advised that they had everything in the chart but the report that was taken in 2011. So I gave her the images on my CD and the report. She advised that this would be ready the following Tuesday, which is today. The problem is that I would have to go 25 miles to pick it up. No problem~ went down but the director was in the building near my house, but the paper work was on her desk.

Before Dan and I left, we looked at the reports and OH YES, she had two copies of the MRI in the envelope but it was the same ones that I already got. It was not the revised copies. The PET SCAN was faxed to my doctor and he called yesterday to tell me that the findings on the top of the report did not match the bottom of the report. So he called the main office to advise. IT WAS THEN CORRECTED.

Still waiting for the CORRECT copy of the MRI. The moral of the story is if I was not educated on what to look for then I would be at the mercy of the radiologist that incorrectly read my scans. Thank GOD I send them to my doctor in Mexico for a second set of eye’s. I do not know what I would have done without his passion and his treatment.

YOU WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE DIE OR RECEIVE INCORRECT TREATMENTS BECAUSE THE REPORTS ARE INCORRECT ?

QUESTION IT!!! Make sure that yours are correct before any treatments or surgeries.

We have to wait to visit my daughter until this issue gets correct. Hoping to be able to leave by the end of next week. My next step to my journey has to wait a little longer.

I will keep you informed on the results. Until next time, enjoy life….

A NEW CHAPTER IN MY LIFE

A NEW CHAPTER IN MY LIFE
Today I am saying good bye to my organic vegetable garden for I am going to visit my daughter in New York and then move to Mexico. I have found a wonderful home for them, I have two friends from where I was working that were overjoyed to take them off my hands. I am quite proud that I was able to grow these plants in my porch and show them off to the world. Growing in a small place can be done, no excuses.

I am looking forward in visiting with my daughter for it has been Christmas since I last saw her in person. Skype is great in between visits. Then Dan and I will celebrate our 30th anniversary together, we then will be regrouping and at the end of this year or beginning of next and move to Mexico. This will be a big change in both of our lives, but a long time in the making. Since my treatments we have decided to make this change together , we fell in love with both the scenery and its people. I have met some wonderful people through my journey with cancer and it has made me a more humble person. I am ready to make this change for a couple of years. I will miss my family and friends, but I will be using skype a lot and will be visiting as often as I can. it’s a small world and I am looking forward to this adventure.

I will keep you posted on my health progress and as well my journey to good health. Thank you all for being there for me and please keep up the prayers.

HUGS TO ALL~~
