The embattled former CEO of Susan G. Komen for the Cure made $684,717 in 2012, Dallas News reported.
That's 64 percent more in 2012 than she earned from April 2010 to April 2011.
The news comes after a period of relative quiet following last summer's debacle, during which the disgraced CEO stepped down after backlash for pulling grants for Planned Parenthood. She later reversed the decision.
"I apologized to everyone," Brinker told the Wall Street Journal last year. "I think we all made mistakes and we addressed them and we're through that and we're moving on."
Though Brinker said she was stepping down as CEO last year but remaining on the board of directors, she is still listed as the founder and CEO on the Komen website.
Earlier this year, a group of social justice advocates called for Brinker to disassociate herself from the the board of directors for the sake of advancing the cause.
"In the interest of the underserved women with breast cancer, in the interest of finding cures for breast cancer, in the interest of women's health, we urge Nancy Brinker to step aside and let Susan G. Komen for the Cure reclaim its public trust."
Komen added same-sex marriage advocacy to her list of causes earlier this year, showing support for and working alongside her son Eric, who is gay.
